Enigma6 to NA EPL, Foundation out

Enigma6, led by the former compLexity IGL Josh "shinobi" Abastado, managed to secure ESL Pro League promotion by beating The Foundation and Rush in the playoffs.
The core of the Enigma6 lineup was on the brink of Pro League promotion back in 2015, when they won ESEA Premier as Denial. However, a last-minute rule change meant that instead of getting a direct promotion, they were forced to play the relegation playoffs where they ended up losing to David "Xp3" Garrido's Winterfox.
The team then split ways with pieces ending up in TSM and compLexity, but was recreated in February of 2017, with Collin "wrath" McSweegan being the only newcomer to the side.
Coming into the relegation playoffs, Enigma6 first took on the side that was formerly Selfless, but is known as The Foundation after the organization decided to pull out of CS:GO. Josh "shinobi" Abastado's side took a decisive 2-0 victory in that match, moving on to the upper-bracket final.
In the deciding match, Enigma6 met the surprise of last year's relegation, Rush. Right from the get-go, the 15-year old newcomer wrath was dominating his opposition, going 31-7 in Enigma6's 16-2 victory on Mirage.
Rush didn't look like they had a way back into the series as Enigma6's first map stomp was followed up by an 11-round CT half on Cobblestone. Shawn "witmer" Taylor and co. closed out the second map 16-11 in the end to secure a spot in ESL Pro League Season 6.

In the lower part of the bracket, Ghost and The Foundation were supposed to fight for their lives, but the latter team did not field a full roster and was relegated to ESEA Premier with a default loss.
